Eclectic Patchwork Tote Pattern

The Eclectic Patchwork Tote Pattern by Cheryl Kuczek of Paradiso Designs that is made of quilt blocks.  Instructions are given for four pockets outside and 4 pockets inside and there is a single shoulder strap.

Materials Needed:

• 1/3 yard of pleather/vinyl that has sturdy backing (55" to 60")
• 1/3 yard of 4 different kinds of fabric for the blocks (44" to 45")
• OR create eight 6" blocks of your own choice
• 3/4 yard fabric for the sashing/inside pockets
• 3/4 yard fabric for lining
• 1/4 yard of silk for pocket top trim
• 3/4 yard of muslin
• 2/3 yard of Bosal Stitch & Steam
• 1/2 yard of #326 Bosal Sew-in Fleece
• 1/8 yard of #337F Bosal Craft-Tex Plus, heavy double sided fusible interfacing
• 1/8 yard of iron-on vinyl
• Metallic thread for stitching the blocks
• 12 wt. thread for the strap and the exterior
• (2) 2 3/8" metal swivel hooks
• (2) 1" to 1 1/4" diameter metal rings
