Reader Wrap E-Reader Pattern

The Reader Wrap is an E-Reader pattern that fastens securely with elastic or Velcro (your choice), is Fat Quarter friendly, and there are instructions for an optional pocket to hold a book light.  Finished size is 6" W x 8 1/2" H x 1" D.

Materials Needed:

• PRINTS:  3 Fat Quarters - Choose a focus print and two coordinating prints for the lining and binding.
• Pel Tex 71F - 1/2 yard (Use Pel Tex that is fusible on one side)
• Fusible interfacing - 1/4 yard (Lightweight such as Pellon Shape Flex)
• Elastic closure - 5/8 yard of 1/4" to 3/8" wide  (Or you can use 2 flat elastic headbands)
• Velcro closure - 3/4" to 1 1/2" sew-in Velcro and a 3/4" "D" ring
• 1 package 1/4" stitch witchery (for binding)
• 1/4" foot, all purpose zig-zag foot and walking foot for sewing machine
