Mega Bow Tucks Tote Pattern

The Mega Bow Tucks Tote Bag Pattern by Quilts Illustrated (Penny Sturges) is a larger version of the popular Bow Tucks patterns. This bag has swivel hook hardware on each side which can be released to increase the storage capacity. There is a turn lock on the front flap to close your bag securely with an additional open pocket underneath. There are also lots of pockets inside and the finished size is approximately 26"W x 17"H x 9"D.

Materials Needed:

• FABRIC: (Additional yardage may be needed for directional fabrics)
• 3/4 yard for outer bag band and front pocket lining
• 1.5 yards for lower bag portion, handle, tabs and outer pocket
• 3/4 yard contrasting lining fabric
• 3/4 yard for the inner pockets and inside bottom cover
• INTERFACING:
• 3/4 yard of Bosal 459S Single sided fusible In-R-Form Foam
• 20" x 18" (1/2 yard) Bosal 337 Craf-Tex stabilizer for bottom of bag
• 1.5 yards Bosal 326F: (bolt) 426LF (precut) single sided light fusible fleece
• HARDWARE:
• 1 - Turn lock closure or magnetic closure
• 2 - 1" swivel hook sets
• 4 - 1" rectangle rings for handles
