Materials Needed: (Suggested fabrics are cottons, denim, corduroy, linen and twill)
- 5 different fabrics for the main purse body
- Front & back panels, cell phone pocket and zipper panel - 1/4 yd (1 fat quarter) each of 3 different fabrics
- Side & bottom panel - 1/6 yd (if cutting cross grain) or 1 yd (if cutting with grain) of Fabric #4
- Purse handle - 1/8 yd (if cutting cross grain) or 1 yd (if cutting with grain) of Fabric #5
- 2/3 yd of lining fabric
- 1/2 yd of cotton muslin
- 1 yd of Pellon Peltex #71 or similar single-sided fusible ultra firm stabilizer (20 inches wide)
- 1/2 yd of fusible interfacing, light to medium-weight
- 1/8 yd fleece
- 1 zipper, 14 inches long
- Optional - zipper pull or tassel
- 4 metallic feet (studs)
- Small scrap of cardboard
