The Pocket Pouch pattern by Scrap Therapy is made from fabric scraps, has expandable pockets inside, and a large outside pocket.  This pattern makes a great carry all for your smaller quilting notions, has convenient double handles, and a finished size of 8"W x 8"H x 2"D.

Materials Needed: (Non-directional fabric)
  • Coordinating solid, interior, and medium/dark fabric suggested - 1/2 yard
  • Coordinating solid, interior pockets, light fabric suggested - 1/2 yard
  • Cotton batting scrap - 12" x 22"
  • 3/4" magnet tote bag closure - 1
  • 1/2" magnetic tote bag closure - 7
  • 2" On-point fusible grid interfacing by Quiltsmart - one 24" x 36" panel
  • Plain fusible interfacing - 2 yards
  • Stiff interfacing (optional) such as Timtex, for bottom support - 2 1/4" x 7 3/4"
  • One hundred and twenty-six 2" light fabric scrap squares
  • One hundred and four 2" dark fabric scrap squares
  • Six 5" medium value scraps quares
  • OR
  • 1/2 yard of various scrap fabrics
