The Sewing Machine & Extension Table Tote Pattern by Among Brenda's Quilts is the perfect carry-all for your supplies AND your sewing machine - carry everything you need to that sewing class or retreat! There are outside pockets to hold your cords, foot pedal, etc. and a special zippered front pocket that opens flat for tools or fabric. This pattern is for advanced to intermediate level sewers and makes a tote that fits sewing machines up to 19" in length x 13" high x 9" deep. It fits extension tables measuring up to 19" x 13" with folding or removable feet.

Materials Needed:

• Fabric A (Main fabric) - 2 yards (1.8m)
• Fabric B (Lining, outer pockets) - 4 1/3 yards (4m)
• Fabric C (binding) - 7/8 yard (.75m)
• Fabric D (binding) - 1/3 yard (.25m)
• Netting for see through pocket - 5" x 26"
• Interfacing (Pellon SF101 Shapeflex) - 3 1/4 yards (3m)
• 1" wide webbing for inner straps - 110"
• 1 1/2" webbing for carrying straps - 155"
• Foam batting, non fusible (In-R-Form, Soft & Stable, etc.) - 36" x 58"
• Bosal Heat Moldable #490 non fusible - 1 package for stiff bag base
• Optional waterproofing vinyl for base - Heat 'N Bond Iron-On Vinyl - 5/8 yard (.5m)
• NOTIONS:
• One 60" zipper - Duvel zippers are 60" or use a longer sleeping bag zipper
• Two 22" zippers (nylon teeth)
• 20" length of 1" braided elastic
• 24" length of 5/8" - 1" wide Sew On Velcro
• Three plastic side release buckles with a 1" (25mm) opening (also called parachute buckles)
