The Hot Mama Messenger Style diaper bag is a messenger style design with instructions for a padded shoulder strap and lots of inner and outer pockets for organization. There are instructions for a matching changing pad that fits inside the diaper bag. Full size pattern pieces are included.
Materials Needed:
- Main fabric - 2 yds (changing pad included in this measurement)
- Lining fabric - 2 yds
- Fusible fleece - 1 1/2 yd
- Fleece - 1/2 yd for changing pad
- Batting - 1 9" x 12" scrap for shoulder pad and 1/2 yd for changing pad (optional for changing pad)
- 1 magnetic snap
- 1 magnetic or standard snap for key loop
- 1 1/4 yd - 1/4" braided elastic for pockets
- 1 pkg double-fold bias tape or other binding for edges of changing pad. As an alternative, edges may be turned and top stitched
