There are instructions for a pocket under the flap and on the back and this bag doesn't tip over and spill your contents! Finished size is 7 in. x 7 in. square bottom, 6 in. H X 11 in. W at the top for the Small bag and square bottom is 8 in. x 8 in., 8 in. H and 13 in. W at the top for the Regular bag.
