New Leaf Folding Totes Pattern by Heather Bailey includes sewing instructions for creating a reusable bag that folds into a compact shape to take anywhere for instant shopping!  This is a great tote to replace plastic grocery store bags and this pattern also includes instructions for a tote sash plus a pouch or wallet pattern.  Finished size for the tote is 14"W x 21"H x 3"D and folds to 8.75"W x 4"H.

Materials Needed:

• 5/8 yd contrast fabric
• 1/2 yd lining fabric
• 3/4 yd light-weight, fusible interfacing, 22"+ wide
• 1" length of hoook & loop tape, 3/4" wide
• TOTE SASH: (for strapping multiple totes together)
• 12"W x 25"H fabric
• 12"W x 25"H light-weight, fusible interfacing
• Felt scraps for tree or flower embellishments (optional)
• Large button or brooch for flower center (optional)
• 1" length of hook & loop tape, 3/4" wide
