The Victory Bags Pattern has a 1940's style with a set in gusset base, a practical size and instructions for either an open zipper inside or a pocket with a zipper. Finished size is 14" W x 11" H x 3" D.

VIEW A - Pleat detailing runs sideways from a center panel and fastens with a long narrow flap

1/2 yd of 44" wide lining fabric for bag lining and interior pocket

1/2 yd of 44" wide fleece or heavy sew in interfacing for interfacing the bag

1/3 yd of 36" wide fusible interfacing for strap and front flap

One magnetic snap

One 6" long zipper for interior pocket

Three new or vintage buttons approximately 1 1/2" in diameter for front flap trim
VIEW B - Lower front section pleated on to an upper yoke panel with a wide flap and tab
