The Frame It Up Satchel Pattern by Whistlepig Creek Productions is fat quarter and charm friendly, has comfortable double handles, and a frame to give it structure and style! Finished size is 12" W x 11" H x 6" D.
Materials Needed:
- Fat Quarter - top casing and bottom accent
- Fat Quarter or (16) 5" x 5" charm squares for bag body
- Fat Quarter of (14) 5" x 5" charm squares for handles
- 1 yd lining and inside pockets
- 1/2 yd heavy fusible fleece (Pellon Thermolam 971F)
- 1 yd light weight fusible interfacing (20" wide) such as Pellon Shapeflex
- 1/4 yd fusible fleece such as Pellon 987F for handles
- 2 Fat Quarters for outside pocket (optional) -Choose pockets that will contrast
- Additional 1/4 yd fusible interfacing for outside pocket
- 12" tubular frame (Series 900 purse frame from http://www.ghees.com)
- 3 large buttons (bag with pockets) or (12) 5/8" buttons (charm bag)
