The Little Black Bag Pattern

The Little Black Bag pattern is a purse pattern that allows you to coordinate your bag with your outfits because the top of the bag can be changed to match.  The two styles available are a bag with a top flap and a bag with a pull chord - your choice!  Finished size is (9" x 10").

Materials Needed:

• BAG BOTTOM (Poplin, Trigger, Bronco, or Denim)
• 3/8 yd 60" wide or 2/3 yd 45" wide medium weight fabric
• 22" of 3/4" sew-in Velcro
• POCKETBOOK TOP WITH FLAP
• 2/3 yd cotton fabric
• 1 yd medium weight fusible interfacing
• One button
• POCKETBOOK TOP WITH CORD
• 1/2 yd cotton fabric
• 2/3 yd medium weight fusible interfacing
• 3/4 yd cord
• 1 cord stop
