Daydreams Shopper Bag Pattern

The Daydreams Shopper Bag pattern is a large shopping bag with a unique braided handle.  Finished size is 20 1/2" W x 21 1/2" H x 5" D.

Materials Needed:

• (2) Daydreams flowers (1 panel of 2 flowers or other focus fabric)
• 3/4 yd for bag exterior (frame around flowers or other focus fabric)
• 12" x 46" multicolor stripe for strap (1 1/4 yd of fabric and cut the strips for the handles lengthwise)
• 1 1/2 yd for lining
• 3 1/4 yds of fusible fleece (Pellon 987)
• Magnetic snap
• 1/2 yd (18") matching grosgrain ribbon 1" wide
• 12" matching grosgrain ribbon 1 1/2" wide
• 2 plastic swivel hooks
• 2 plastic D-rings
• Plastic needlepoint canvas or cardboard for the bottom of the bag
