Cowgirl Purse and Fat Quarter Bag Pattern *

The Cowgirl Purse and Fat Quarter Bag pattern have instructions for a cowgirl purse with a single shoulder strap and a decorative trim on the front and finished size of  13" x 13" x 4".  The Fat Quarter Bag pattern is made from a total of 4 Fat Quarters with a decorative front pocket and a single shoulder strap.  Finished size of the Fat Quarter Bag is 12" x 13" x 4".

Materials Needed:

COWGIRL PURSE:

• Outer purse - 5/8 yards
• Purse lining - 5/8 yard
• Trim & Strap - 3/8 yards
• Stabilizer - 1 1/4 yard (Fusible heavyweight)
• (2) D-Rings, size 1 1/4" or larger
• Heavy duty snap or hook & loop tape - 1"

FAT QUARTER BAG:

• Outer bag and lining - 4 Fat Quarters
• Bag bottom & pocket - 1 Fat Quarter
• Strap - 1/4 yard
• Stabilizer - 1 1/4 yard (Dense, stable batting and heavyweight fusible interfacing (not stabilizer), 1 1/4 yard each
• (2) snap-in grommets with 1" opening
• Heavy duty snap or hook & loop tape - 1"
• Button to cover, optional
