Easy Slider Pattern

The Easy Slider Pattern by Vanilla House Designs has multifunctional straps and can be worn as a backpack or satchel and comes in two sizes, including a 15" notebook size and an 18" laptop size.  Included with this pattern are two different pocket styles - you choose! 

Materials Needed:

• 15" VERSION:
• Main print - 3/4 yard
• Lining print - 2/3 yard
• Soft and Stable ByAnnie or other dense batting/interlayer - two pieces at 15" x 15" each
• Zipper pocket lining fabric - 5/8 yard (OR use fabric from your home stash - this fabric hardly shows)
• 18" VERSION:
• Main print - 5/6 yard
• Lining print - 3/4 yard
• Soft and Stable or other dense batting/interlayer - two pieces at 18" x 15" each
• Zipper pocket lining fabric - 5/8 yard (OR use fabric from your home stash because this barely shows!)
• ALSO:
• Large decorative button for flap pocket
• 9" polyester zipper for zipper pocket
• Basting tape for zipper installation (optional)
• Velcro (for inside pocket closure - optional)
