Thimballina Bag Pattern

The Thimballina Bag pattern is a unique pattern that uses batting stuffed fabric strips.  This is a messenger style bag with a front flap and a long 42" shoulder strap that can be worn across the body.  Finished size is 8" x 8" with 2 small inside pockets.

Materials Needed:

• FABRIC: 1 1/4 yds OR thirteen 2 1/2" strips and two 5" x 10" rectangles (Bali pops work great!)
• Batting - 3/4 yd or ten 2 1/2" strips and two 5" squares
• Button for closure
