Scrappy Bali Tote Bag Pattern

The Scrappy Bali Tote Bag by Amelie Scott Designs uses Bali Pops by Hoffman or other fabric strips to make a unique tote bag!  This tote has instructions for a secure top zipper closure, a double handle, and has 4 pockets inside.  Finished size is 17" H x 15" W x 5" D.

Materials Needed:

• 1 Hoffman Bali Pop OR
• 10 coordinating 2 1/2" strips for the tote PLUS
• 2 light colored 2 1/2" colored strips for the outside pocket
• 2 dark colored 2 1/2" strips for the outside pocket
• 1/2 yard for inside zipper pockets and lining
• 1/3 yard for outside pocket lining
• 5/8 yard lining
• 3/8 yard for handles
• 1/3 yard for zippered top of tote bag
• 2 large decorative buttons
• 2 yards of Pellon Fusible Fleece 987
• 1 all purpose plastic zipper 18" long
• 2 all purpose plastic zippers 12" or longer (color to match inside pocket)

A Bali Pop contains enough strips to make two tote bags so just double the additional supplies to make a pair of bags!
