Annalise Bag Pattern *

The Annalise Bag pattern is an eye catching hobo style bag with a body hugging shap, double shoulder straps, and a decorative zipper.  Finished size is approximately 10 1/4"H (at center of bag) x11 1/4"W (at base of bag) x 4"D.

Materials Needed:  Fabric based on 42" to 44" wide and cotton quilting, linens or decorator fabrics are recommended

• 2/3 yard feature fabric for upper front, upper back, and handles
• 2/3 yard coordinating fabric for lower front, lower back, bottom, and lining (only 1/2 yard if you choose to have lower lining in a different fabric from upper lining)
• 1/3 yard coordinating fabric for lining pockets
• 1/3 yard coordinating fabric for lower lining if you choose to have lower lining in a different fabric from upper lining
• Interfacing - 2 1/2 yards of 19/20" medium weight woven fusible interfacing such as Pellon SF101
• 2/3 yard 19/20" (1/3 yard of 44/45") firm fusible interfacing such as Pellon decor bond
• 2/3 yard 44/45" denim or other bottom weight fabric for interlining; muslin is an acceptable alternative if you fuse interfacing to it (one additional yard of 19/20" interfacing needed)
• Two 2" x 20" strips of scrap batting for  handles
• 1 magnetic snap closure set
• 1 zipper 12" or longer
