HST Quilt & Tote Pattern

The HST Quilt & Tote Pattern by Natalie Santini of SewHungryHippie include sewing instructions for creating a quilt with 3 size options AND a tote/carryall with a clear vinyl overlay to protect the half-square triangle piecing at the top of the bag. I used vinyl on my contrast bottom, but you can use fabric, cork, or canvas too. 

• Baby Size Quilt: 36" x 48"
• Throw Size Quilt: 60" x 60"
• Twin Size Quilt: 72" x 90"
• Tote: 18" x 15" x 4"

Materials needed:

• Baby Size Quilt (other sizes inside pattern)
  • 1 yd Kona Snow for HST + 1/2 yd binding
  • FQ of Cerise, Iced Peach, Kale, Indigo, Yarrow, Celestial, Ulra Marine
  • 1/4 yd Fluorescent Pink or close equivalent
  • 1-3/4 yds backing
• Tote
  • Use scraps at least 4" x 8" for every color except fluorescent pink
  • 8" x 8" fluorescent pink
  • OR use a FQ of each color
  • FQ Kona Snow - background
