Small Travel Sewing Case Pattern

The Small Travel Sewing Case Pattern by Suzanne Wenzlick of Suzanne's Art House includes sewing instructions and flower appliques for creating a travel case, with two different front panels to choose from. Finished size: opened - 6" x 14"; closed - 6" square.

Materials needed:

• (6) different fat eights fabrics
• 1/8 yd fabric  - binding OR pieced from your cut fabric
• 6" x 14" Pellon 987F Fusible Fleece - outside of case
• 1/8 yd of 20" wide Pellon SF101 - pocket lining
• (2) 1/2" x 6-1/2" measuring tape twill
• 6-1/2" of rick rack or lace
• (2) 1/8" x 3-1/2" elastic - closure, plus button for elastic closure
• (2) 2" x 5" wool felt

  • button stitchery for the outside of this cse
  • (21) assorted buttons (colors: creams, golds and greens)
  • Valdani Hand-Dyed colorfast peart cotton in size 8
• Flower applique Travel Needle Case
