Wild At Heart Bag Pattern

The Wild At Heart Bag Pattern by Artful Offerings has instructions and templates for pattern pieces to make a quilted bag in two designs! This bag pattern has 2 different styles for a  heart and arrows motif on the front of the bag and a single shoulder strap. Finished size is 11"H x 18"W x 4"D with an 18" handle drop.

Materials Needed: Based on material 44" wide

• 1 yard - Bag fabric (bag, handle, interior lined pockets)
• 1 and 1/4 yards - Lining fabric (bag and handle linings, optional sturdy base sleeve)
• 6" x 8" rectangle - Heart fabric (applique)
• 8" x 8" rectangle - Arrows fabric (applique)
• 7/8 yard - 45" wide cotton batting
• 7/8 yard - 44" wide Firm Iron-On interfacing
• 8" x 14" rectangle - Steam-A-Seam (Heart and Arrows appliques)
• 1/2 yard - Sulky Totally Stable (for making reusable bag, heart and arrow patterns)
• Sulky KK2000 (Temporary Spray Adhesive)
• Sulky Tear Easy (Stabilizer)
• Sulky 12 wt. cotton thread (quilting)
• OPTIONAL:
• Walking foot
• One iron-on Hook & Loop Tape (bag closure)
• 1/4" Foam Core Board (Bag sturdy base) - cut size: (2) 3"W x 12 and 1/2" L
