Handy Bag Pattern *

The Handy Bag Patten by Ghee's is a zip bag in 4 different sizes that unzips to everything from a placemat to a child's playing surface!  Use this bag as your "go to" for lots of uses including a lunch bag, picnic bag, tote toy bag, etc.  Included is a side pocket that is perfect to organize tableware, plates, and napkins.  Finished size is as follows:

SMALL: 11"W x 9"H x 4"D
MEDIUM: 17"W x 14"W x 4"D
LARGE: 19"W x 16"H x 5"D
EXTRA LARGE:  22"W x 18"H x 6"D

Materials Needed: - This pattern is designed for double-faced quilted fabric but you can quilt your own and finish the edges with binding.  One way designs are not suitable.

• SIZE #5 Sport Separating Zippers: SMALL-Two 24" MEDIUM-Two 36" LARGE-Four 22" EXTRA LARGE-Four 24"
• Double-faced Quilted Fabric (45" wide): SMALL-3/4 yard MEDIUM-1 and 1/4 yards LARGE-1 and 1/2 yards EXTRA LARGE-1 and 5/8 yards
• Webbing or Belting (1" wide) but 1 and 1/2" webbing may be preferred for the larger sizes: 2 yards for the SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, and EXTRA LARGE
• Companion Fabric: 1 yard for the SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, and EXTRA LARGE
• Allow extra fabric for cloth napkins.  Use 1/2 yard for 2 napkins - each is 18" square
• Sew-in magnetic snap for closure on SMALL size
