Wonky Wednesday Tote Pattern

The Wonky Wednesday Tote pattern by Poorhouse Quilt Designs is one of the Daily Specials Collection and is a small tote that is perfect to use up those small scraps of fabrics.  This is a "quilt as you go" design bag with no stress piecing and an optional zipper.  The skill level is beginner and the finished size is 11" W x 9" H x 3" D.

Materials Needed:  Minimum 40" wide fabric

• 5 coordinating scraps from your stash measuring 2" wide x 28" long (This is the minimum - your scraps could be larger)
• 3/8 yd of solid fabric to be used for top, bottom and handles
• 3/8 yd for lining
• Quilting thread
• 1/2 yd of 45" wide Fusible Fleece (Pellon 987F)
• 1/4 yd of 20" wide Peltex stiffener or equivalent
• 12" polyester zipper to match (optional)
