Kit 'N Kaboodle Bag Pattern

The Kit 'N Kaboodle Bag pattern makes a great overnight bag pattern with a secure top zipper closure and double handles.  Finished size is 23" W x 19" H x 8" D and designer proceeds go to water.org  Templates are included for the end tab and the zipper pull.

Materials Needed:

• Outer fabric - 1 yard non-directional
• Lining fabric - 1 1/4 yard, non-directional
• Batting or fleece 32" x 45"
• Strap fabric - 1/4 yard
• Pocket fabric - 1/3 yard
• Accent pocket fabric - 1/3 yard
• Zipper Friend - 1/3 yard
• Batting, fleece or fusible fleece for handles 8" x 42"
• Zipper 28" long or longer (or 2 22" dress type zippers)
• Batting scraps for other small items less than 1/4 yard
• Optional:
• 4" of hook and loop for handle wrap
• (2) 3/4" x 4" of clear plastic for identity tag
• Peltex, plastic, or cardboard for bag bottom 8" x 22"
• 12" of bolo or other cording (1/4 or 3/16")
