Verona Bag Pattern *

The Verona Bag pattern by Pat Bravo of Art Gallery Fabrics is a great everyday tote that can also be used as a shopping bag or a baby bag!  There are instructions for 4 pockets and there is a magnetic snap on the front flap.  This pattern is good for confident beginners and the finished size is 9" tall x 14" wide x 4 1/2" deep.  A metric conversion chart is also included, along with full size pattern piece templates.

Materials Needed:  If you are matching plaids or other directional fabric, add an additional 1/4 yd

• 1/2 yd exterior fabric
• 1/2 yd lining fabric
• 1/3 yd contrasting fabric (handles, flap, piping)
• 5/8 yd Pellon Peltex #71F single sided fusible interfacing (20" wide) or any other Ultra Firm interfacing
• 2/3 yd Pellon Decor Bond (45") or any other medium weight fusible interfacing
• 1 1/4 yd 1/4" thick piping cord
• 1 magnetic clasp 3/4" in  diameter
