The Chatelaine Bag Pattern *

The Chatelaine Bag pattern by Carol's Carry-all is a small bag for the 'Mistriss of the Chateau', housekeeper, the 'Keeper of the Keys.'

The Chatelaine bag pattern has the following features:

•  Zipper compartment
•  Center compartment with flap closure 
•  Adjustable strap length
•  Strap and and fanny pack options

 Materials Needed:

• Main fabric - 12 inches x 13 inches upholstery or comparable fabric
• Lining fabric - 3/8 yd 45 inch wide poly-cotton broadcloth
• Interfacing - 1/4 yd HTC Fuse-A-Shade or Pellon Craft Fuse
• Single fold bias tape - 5 yds (2 packages)
• Zipper - 5 inch or 7 inch nylon/polyester
• Hook & Look tape - 1 inch
