$5 flat shipping to USA addresses. Patterns and non-book items ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. Delivery time is 2-5 business days based on distance from Raleigh, NC. Bag books & magazines ship via USPS Media Mail, with delivery generally between 2 and 8 business days.
Due to recent software updates, international orders are currently not available directly using this website. International orders will need to be handled manually: 1. Register with PursePatterns.com. 2. Send an email to support @ pursepatterns.com with details of the products of interest. Shipping cost will be determined, and a PayPal invoice will be sent via email, with payment options PayPal or credit card (PayPal account not required for credit card usage).
For international orders, the shipping options available are USPS First-Class Package International Service™ for shipping weight up to 4 pounds (1.8 kg), or Priority Mail International. International orders for patterns will be shipped at the lowest cost alternative: Pattern orders that are less than .75 inches thick will ship at the Large Envelope rate. Other cost savings include Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope, Padded Flat Rate Envelope, and Flat Rate Boxes; shipping cost savings will be refunded when the order is processed. Tracking to the final destination is included. International shipping time varies, according to USPS.com. International customers have provided feedback indicating delivery within 2 - 3 weeks for most deliveries, but some international customers report delays of several (4 - 8) weeks. Priority Mail International delivery is stated at 6 to 10 business days, however, there may be additional delays in customs.
All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with your country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by your country's laws. It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item, they are collected from the recipient. Shipping and handling is charged to cover the cost of delivery only, and does not include charges assessed by customs in the destination country.
Orders are normally shipped on the business day after your order is received, excluding postal holidays and occasional market events.
Return Policy:
If the product received does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return the item for a refund of the purchase price, including any NC state taxes paid, but excluding the shipping fee. If you paid by credit card, then your card will be credited as soon as the returned item is received and processed, typically, within three business days. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
