The Purse Pattern

The Purse Pattern by Robin Gallagher can be made either with a zipper top closure or a button and loop!  This pattern has 2 outside pockets, 6 inside pockets, and 2 long shoulder straps with a finished size of 10" x 14".

Materials Needed:

• 1 yard for the bag and inside pockets (background fabric)
• 3/4 yard focus fabric for the lining, outside pockets, and accent strip
• 1/4 yard fabric of your choice for the straps
• 1 yard of batting
• 14" Sports zipper (This is the type of zipper that comes apart when upzipped)
• Freezer paper for making a paper template
