Barbados Bag Pattern

The Barbados Bag Pattern by Pink Sand Beach Designs is a great everyday bag with a secure top zipper closure and an additional large front zippered pocket!  Instructions and photos are included and the finished size of this bag is 10 1/2"W x 10"H x 2"D.

Materials Needed:

• Fabric:
• 2 Fat Quarters of Fabric #1 for the main/top bag (or 1/2 yard)
• 1 Fat Quarter of Fabric #2 for the front pocket accent
• 2 Fat Quarters of Fabric #3 for the front and back pockets (or 1/2 yard)
• 1 Fat Quarter of Fabric #4 for the strap (or 1/4 yard)
• 2 Fat Quarters for the lining (or 1/2 yard)
• Interfacing:
• 1/2 yard of Pellon #987F Fusible Fleece
• 1/2 yard of Pellon #809 Decor Bond fusible
• Notions:
• (1) 9" all purpose polyester zipper
• (1) 12" all purpose polyester zipper
• Optional:
• (2) sets of 1" swivel hook and D-Ring
• (2) zipper pulls or 1/2 yard of 3/8" ribbon
