C'est Chic Bags Pattern

The C'est Chic Bags Pattern by Artful Offerings is easy to make and you have 2 options with 2 different band styles - one with embroidery and one with a tattered blossom decoration.  The finished size of the larger bag is 13 inches H x 17 inches W x 4 inches D and the smaller bag is 9 inches H x 17 inches W x 4 inches D.

Materials Needed: 44 inehes wide fabric except where noted

• 54" wide Linen - 5/8 yd for 2 stitchery bands and 2 plain bands
• 3/4 yd for large bag, handles and self-lined pockets Fabric #1
• 5/8 yd Fabric #2 for small bag, handles and self-lined pockets
• Fabric #3 1 1/8 yd for linings for small and large bag
• Pellon Fusible Fleece (#987F) - 2/3 yd for handles and 2 layers for each bag
• EMBROIDERED BAND: 1 spool 2-strand Cosmo Embroidery Floss #223
• Embroidery needle size 10 or 11
• Embroidery hoop size 5 inch or 7 inch
• For Embroidered Bag:  Fabric scrap for covered button
• 1 size 60 - 1 1/2 inches half ball cover button
