Sew Charming Handbag Pattern

The Sew Charming Bag Pattern by RoseHip Lane has instructions to make a patchwork handbag in two sizes with an outside pocket and lots of ruffles.  Finished size is 13 1/2" x 12" x 4" for the large bag and 16" x 13" x 5" for the extra large bag.

Materials Needed:

• LARGE BAG - Bag front, back, outside pocket - 28 charm squares
• Handles, side ties, tab closure - 1/2 yd
• Ruffles - 1/3 yd
• Outside pocket lining - 11" x 11" piece
• Interfacing - 2/3 yd fusible fleece
• Lining & pockets - 2/3 yd two sided, pre-quilted cotton
• Handle re-enforcement - 3 yds 1" wide cotton or nylon webbing
• Large button - 1 1/2" in diameter
• EXTRA LARGE BAG - Bag front, back, outside pocket - 36 charm squares and 4 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" squares of scrap fabric (will not show on bag)
• Handles, side ties, tab closure - 1/2 yd
• Ruffles - 1/3 yd
• Outside pocket lining - 11" x 13" piece
• Interfacing  - 1 yd fusible fleece
• Lining & pockets - 1 yd two sided pre-quilted cotton
