Snazzy Bag Pattern *

The Snazzy Bag by Lila Tueller is made using Soire'e Honeybun strips. It has two options: The flap closure, or the loop and button closure.

Materials Needed:

• One Honeybun (A Honeybun is 40 1 1/2" strips of fabric)
• 2/3 yd base fabric
• 1 yd lining fabric
• 1 2/3 yd fusible fleece
• 2/3 yd medium weight fusible interfacing
• 1 yd contrast fabric for straps, bindings, and tabs
• 4 square metal rings
• Decorative button
• 8" of 3/8" - 1@" cotton cord for loop closure option
• 1/4 yd cotton batting for straps and flap closure
• Plastic canvas at least 4" x 18" (Found at Craft Stores and used for needlepoint)
• One magnetic clasp
• Large and small safety pins
