The Little Buds Bag Pattern by Melly & Me consists of an everyday bag with a pretty flower applique on the front with a matching decorative band and flap, and a matching makeup case. Finished size is 14" W x 22" H (including handle) for the bag and 8" W x 3 1/2" H for the matching pouch/makeup bag.

- 20" (50cm) natural hanky lining (main bag and pouch)
- 4" (10cm) cream floral print (bag top band)
- 24" (60cm) purple print (applique, band lining and pouch)
- 12" (30cm) yellow print (applique and handbag pocket)
- 10" (25cm) aqua print (applique and handles)
- 1 Fat Quarter orange print (applique and pouch lining)
- 6 strand embroidery floss in purple, yellow, aqua, orange and hot pink
- 12" (30cm) Weaveline or substitute light woven fusible interfacing (stitchery backing to hide threads - optional)
- 1 yd (1 meter) Parlan or Iron-on Pellon (Vilene H630)
- 10" (25cm) Vliesofix (fusible web) for applique
- 12" zipper in color to match pouch
