The Trendy Tote With A Twist Pattern *

 The Trendy Tote With a Twist Bag pattern by Donna P. Collins is specially designed to be made with novelty fabrics and has options for outside and inside pockets, including an inside zippered pocket.  This bag can be customized to your needs but the basic finished size is 11"H x 12"W.

Materials Needed:

• Body of bag - 1/3 yard for all over designs each color or 1/2 yard for one way designs or fabric scenes
• Band and straps - 1/4 yard
• Lining - 1 yard
• Interfacing - 3/4 yard for 42" heavy weight fusible interfacing OR 1 1/2 yards for 24" heavy weight fusible interfacing
• Trim - 3/4 yard of beads, tassels, gimp, or flat braid
• Magnetic snap
• 7" zipper
• Fabric glue
• Plastic canvas
• Fray sealant for beaded trim
• Grommets or 1 1/2 yards of 2" belting for options
