Saturday Sleepover Backpack Pattern

The Saturday Sleepover Backpack Pattern is by Poorhouse Quilt Designs in the Daily Specials Collection.  This is a frilly backpack that is perfect for overnight essentials at Grandma's house and comes with a bonus pillowcase pattern.  The skill level is for advanced beginner and the finished size for the children's size is 14" x 14" x 3" and for the adult is 15" x 18" x 3".  The pillowcase is standard and measures 21" x 32".

Materials Needed:

• CHILD'S:  5/8 yd main fabric for front/back and straps
• 1/4 yd for middle panel and front pocket
• 1/4 yd accent fabric for ruffles
• 1/2 yd for lining and casing
• 1/2 yds of 45" wide Pellon 987F Fusible Fleece
• 4 - 1" D-Rings
• ADULT'S: 3/4 yd main fabric for front/back and straps
• 1/4 yd for middle panel and front pocket
• 1/4 yd accent fabric for ruffles
• 5/8 yd for lining and casing
• 1/2 yd of 45" wide Pellon 987F Fusible Fleece
