Cosmo Convertible Pattern *

The Cosmo Convertible Bag Pattern by StudioKat Designs is a very handy handbag pattern that is really 3 bags in one!  This bag is a shoulder bag, a cross body bag, and a backpack due to convertible straps.  There are also instructions for a snap on strap extension and this is the bag can also hold your iPAD.

There is also a back outside zippered pocket and a secure top zipper closure.  Finished size is 13"H x 10"W x 7"D.

Materials Needed:  Directional fabrics may require extra fabric

• Exterior - 5/8 yard
• Contrast - 3/8 yard
• Lining - 5/8 yard
• Fusible fleece - 1/2 yard (Thermolam by Pellon)
• Cotton woven fusible interfacing (Fashion Fuse by Bosal) - 1/4 yard at 22" wide
• 1 each - 16" separating zipper
• 1 each - 8" (or longer" nylon coil zipper
• 2 each - 3/4" invisible sew-in magnetic snap
• 2 1/2 yards - 1" wide cotton webbing for straps
• 2 each - 1 and 1/4" wide D-rings
• 2 each - 1" wide metal snap hooks
• 4 each - 1 and 1/4" wide O-rings
• 2 each - 1" wide slide buckles
• FOR CROSS BODY OPTION: Use the above supplies plus what is listed below:
• 2 each - 1" wide D-rings
• 2 more - 1" wide metal snap hooks
• 3/4 yard - 1" wide cotton webbing
