Matching Wallet Pattern

The Matching Wallet Pattern by Quilts Illustrated has lots of special organizational features such as dividers for 12 credit cards, a window for a photo ID, a zippered coin holder, and a pocket for cash! There is also a pocket for receipts and a smaller pocket for notes, grocery list, etc. There are instructions to use a turn lock closure, a magnetic closure, or even Velcro. This wallet pattern can be made with 3 fabrics (one for the outside wallet, one for the lining and one for all the inner pieces.

Materials Needed:

• 1/4 yard for outer wallet fabric
• 1/4 yard for the lining fabric
• 1/4 yard for all the other components (credit card holders, etc.) OR you can mix and match with three Fat Quarters
• Turn lock closure (or magnetic closure or Velcro tape)
• Glue stick
• Aleene's Clear Gel Tacky Glue
• 9" x 15" piece of Bosol Single Sided fusible In-R-Form foam
• 10" x 10" Bosal Craf-Tex Lite stabilizer
• 10" to 14" matching zipper, lightweight type
• 5" x 5" clear vinyl for ID window
