Ring Sling Pattern *

The Ring Sling Pattern by Samantha Hussey of Sewing Patterns by Mrs H includes sewing instructions and pattern templates for creating a perfect everyday sling bag that can be worn cross-body or on your shoulder. This cleverly constructed sling bag requires minimal cutting. Through the off-set seams the bag has stability with very little stabilizer needed, in fact if you're using faux leather you may wish to omit the stabilizer altogether!  It's the perfect size for sitting on your hip or under your arm and can store a surprising amount! Finished size: 12" W x 10" H x 5" D.

Materials needed:

• 1 yd outer fabric
• 1/2 yd pocket contrast fabric
• 1 yd lining fabric
• 3 yds medium weight interfacing
• 3/4 yd fusible fleece
• 12" #5 zipper - top
• 10" #3 zipper - pocket
• (2) 1-1/2" O-rings
• 1" triglide buckle
• Metal zipper end
• (6) 9mm x 8mm double cap rivets (optional)
