Grab N Go Tote Pattern

The Grab N Go Tote bag pattern is designed by Ginnie Kelly of Wonder Woman Quilts and is big enough to carry everything and holds it's shape with the use of wooden dowels.  There are double handles, a decorative front pocket with a bow, and outside side pockets with a finished size of 19 1/2"W x 14 1/2"Tall x 5"D.

Materials Needed:  Fabric requirements are based on at least 42" wide

• A  Fabric - 1 yard for front and back of tote, handles, back pockets, and inner pockets
• B Fabric - 1 1/4 yard for front and back linings, side panels & linings, front pocket, and bow knot
• C Fabric - 3/4 yard for pocket linings, bow, and bands
• Fusible Fleece - Temtex & Fusible interfacing:
• Pellon Fusible Thermolam fleece - 3/4 yard (44" wide)
• Pellon double sided fusible Temtex for bottom tote base support OR
• Pellon Peltex 2-sided Fusible 72F - 1/4 yard (20" wide)
• Pellon Fusible interfacing - Craft Fuse, Shirt Tailor, or Decor Bond - 4 yards (20" wide)
• SUPPLIES:
• Wooden Dowels (2) 1/2" round and approximately 20" long
• Key Ring (1)
• Velcro Strip 5/8" wide x 3" long
• Elastic 3/8" wide x 9" long
• Embellishments (optional) - Jumbo Rick Rack, Beaded fringe, etc. - 1/2 yard
• Glue pen or your favorite fabric glue
• Lite Steam-A-Seam 2 Double stick fusible 1/4" wide tape
