The Knotted Bag Pattern *

The Knotted Bag pattern by Craft Apple comes in 2 sizes and has a unique decorative knot tie built into the front of the bag.  There are also instructions for interior pockets and a handy exterior magazine pocket. The finished size is 13" W x 10" H for the small bag and 20" W x 14" H for the large bag with a 12" drop of the handle.

Materials Needed: Fabric - 44" wide

• SMALL BAG: Fabric #1 for main bag panels - 1 yd
• Fabric #2 for bib and know - 2/3 yd
• Fabric 3 for bag interior - 1 yd
• Fusible interfacing (22" wide) - 2 1/2 yd
• LARGE BAG: Fabric #1 for main bag panels - 1 1/3 yd
• Fabric #2 for bib and knot - 2/3 yd
• Fabric #3 for bag interior - 1 1/4 yd
• Fusible interfacing (22" wide) - 5 yds
• 2 magnetic snaps, size 3/4"
• Small piece of batting or fleece
