Pocket Tote Pattern - Kimies Quilts

The Pocket Tote pattern has 2 pockets on each side with a constrasting pocket lining, binding at the top, and double handles.  Finished size is 13 1/2" w x 11 3/4" h.

Materials Needed:

• Blue print (pocket front and tote back) - 1/2 yd
• Red plaid (pocket lining and top bias binding strip) - 1/2 yd
• Blue plaid (strip piecing) - 8" x 12"
• Red print (strip piecing) - 8" x 6"
• Gold print (tote lining and stars) - 1/2 yd
• Batting - 3 pieces, 14 1/2" x 16 1/2" each and 4 pieces, 3" x 3" each
• Ribbon or tape for pocket embellishment - 2 pieces, 8 1/2" each
• Handles - 3" x 44" for outer color strap and 2" x 44" for inner color strap
• Buttons - (4) 3/4" diameter each
