Go To Market Bucket Bag Pattern

The Go To Market Bucket Bag pattern by Carol Dockery of Quilter By Night Designs is charm and fat quarter friendly!  This bucket bag makes a perfect market bag, beach bag, or any large project bag and is deep and roomy enough to hold everything.  There are lots of pockets and the top folds over the outside.  Finished size is 16" H x 11" W x 11" D.  Pattern piece for the bag bottom only.

Materials Needed:  (100% cotton quilting fabric)

• Outer main bag panel fabric (Choose one style)

3 fat quarters (coordinating light, medium, and dark; minimum 18" x 20" cuts) OR
24 - 5" Charm Squares OR
1/4 yd Theme print, 1/8 yd first border, and 1/4 yd second border

• 1 yd fabric for bottom, strap, handles, and binding
• 1/2 yd fabric for gathered bag top and drawstring tie
• 1 yd fabric for lining and pockets
• 1 1/4 yd fusible fleece (42" wide Pellon Fusible Thermaloam)
• 1 1/4 yd medium to heavy weight fusible interfacing (20" wide)
• 1 small clip for holding keys (optional)
• 16 coordinating 3/4" to 1" buttons (optional)
