Sassy Tote Bag Pattern *

The Sassy Tote Bag Pattern by Around The Bobbin is a unique tote pattern with a crescent shaped top that fastens with a  snap.  There are comfortable double handles and the finished size is approximately 14 1/2"H x 12"W x 5"D.

Materials Needed:  Fabric is 42/44" wide and cotton quilting, linens, or decorator fabrics

• 2/3 yard main fabric for lower exterior, handle loops and handles
• 1/3 yard contrasting fabric for upper exterior
• 1/2 yard coordinating fabric for upper lining, snap flaps, and lining pockets
• 1/2 yard coordinating fabric for lower lining
• INTERFACING AND INTERLINING: (If using decor fabric or heavy fabric, adjust the stiffness of the interfacing)
• (2) 2/3 yard 19/20" medium weight woven fusible interfacing such as Pellon SF101
• 1/3 yard 44/45" (2/3 yard 19/20") firm fusible interfacing such as Pellon decor bond
• (1) 1/8 yard 19/20" nonfusible extra firm stabilizer, such as Pellon926 Extra-Firm Stabilizer
• 2 strips of 1 1/8" x 25" lightweight batting or felt for handles
