The Cube Pattern

The Cube Pattern by Penny Sturges of Quilts Illustrated includes sewing instructions and a pair of metal stays for creating a small mini ditty bag. The Cube is a smaller version of the ever popular Tool Tote! Pockets all the way around the outside, pockets all the way around on the inside! Heavy duty formed metal stays that keep the bag's mouth wide open, easy to get in and reach all your important contents. Great for shaving supplies, medications, hand sewing, diabetes supplies and best of all, sock knitting projects. Finished size: 10" W x 5" H x 7" D.

Materials needed:

• Fat Quarter - Fabric A (outer bag, outer pocket)
• Fat Quarter - Fabric B (inner bag, outer pocket lining)
• Fat Quarter - Fabric C (Handles and inner bag bottom cover)
• 1/3 yd Single Sided Light Fusible Batting
• 1/3 yd In-R-Form Single Sided Fusible Foam
• 1/3 yd Craf-Tex Double Sided fusible Stablilzer
• 24" separating zipper - color coordinated to match fabric
• Aileens Clear Gel Glue, chalk markers, wonder clips, Tim Holtz word bar
