Walkabout Wallet Pattern *

The Walkabout Wallet Pattern by StudioKat Designs has everything you need in an easy to carry style! There is lots of secure storage for credit cards, money, and an ID slot, a zipped inside pocket for coins, a zippered exterior pocket, and the entire wallet zips up! In addition, there is a fleece-lined exterior pocket for your phone and even a place for your reading glasses. This pattern comes with instructions for a detachable crossbody strap and wrist strap and the finished size is 8" x 1.5" x 4.5".

Materials Needed:

• Exterior Fabric- 1/2 yd
• Lining- 1/2 yd
• Contrast- 1/3 yd
• Fusible Interfacing- 1/2 yd X 22" wide (we recommend Fashion Fuse by Bosal)
• Fusible Fleece- 1/4 yd X 22" wide (we recommend Thermolam by Pellon)
• Soft & Stable by Annie- one 8.5" X 10" piece
• 1 each- 3/4" sew-in invisible magnetic snap
• 6 inches- 3/4" wide flat elastic
• 63 inches- extra-wide bias tape (1.5" wide when unfolded)
• 2 each- 7" (or longer) closed bottom nylon zippers
• 1 each- 18" (or longer) purse zipper (closed on both ends with 2 zipperheads)
• For optional Shoulder Strap:
• 55 inches- 5/8" wide lightweight nylon webbing
• 2 each- 5/8" wide d-rings
• 1 each- 5/8" wide slide buckle
• 2 each- 5/8" wide swivel snaphooks
• For optional Wrist Strap:
• Choose 1- 3/8" OR 1/2" wide swivel snaphook
