Earthy Elegance Handbag Pattern

The Earthy Elegance by Heart to Hand is a handbag pattern that has lots of embellishment options and double purchased handles.  The top fastens with a magnetic snap.

Materials Needed:

• 1/2 yd medium to heavy weight fabric for top half of purse
• 1/4 yd medium to heavy weight fabric for lower half of purse
• 1/2 yd cotton fabric for purse lining
• 1/4 yd thin iron-on batting or needle punch fleece
• 1/8 yd cotton fabric for bottom ruffle
• Purchased purse handles
• One magnetic snap
• 1 yd of trim to go around middle of purse
• Misc. for flower embellilshments: rich fabrics, ribbons, buttons, beads, etc.
