Rhine Valley Bag Pattern

The Rhine Valley Bag Pattern by Anna Lankeshofer of Charmed Liebling includes sewing instructions and pattern templates. The main compartment provides plenty of space, and there are four pockets: a divided 3D shaped slip pocket on the inside and a large pleated divided slip pocket up front. The bag closes with a recessed top zipper. Use store-bought handles or make your own and attach them with four rectangular rings.  Finished size: 12" x 18" x 4".

Materials needed:

• 1 yd exterior fabric
• 1 1/3 yd lining fabric
• 2/3 yd fusible fleece
• 4 1/2 yds mid-weight fusible interfacing
• 18" zipper
• (2) magnetic snaps
• (2) 22" long faux leather handles
• If making handles: (4) 1 1/4" rectangular rings, add 5" of lining or fabric
