Everyday Bag Pattern

The Everyday Bag Pattern by Poorhouse Quilt Designs has lots of features such as a cell phone pocket, a pocket for your glasses, and a space for credit cards and cash!  There is a slip pocket on the back of this bag and there are  instructions for optional piping and an adjustable shoulder strap.  Finished size is 7"H x 9"W x 3"D and the recommended skill level is advanced beginner.

Materials Needed:

• 7/8 yard Main Fabric (outer bag)
• 3/4 yard Lining
• 4" x 10" scrap of fabric for Flap Accent (optional)
• 1/4 yard Piping fabric (not required if you purchase prepared piping)
• Inn Control by Innovative Craft Products - 1/2 yard package
• Rigid Weave by Innovative Craft Products - 1 package
• (4) 1" D-Rings
• (1) 5/8" swivel Hook
• (1) 3/4" diameter Magnetic Snap
• 7" (minimum) Nylon Zipper (optional)
• 3 yards Satin Rat Tail Cord 1/8" for making your own piping or 2 packages of pre-made piping
