Floral Wool Purses Pattern *

The Floral Wool Purses by Heart to Hand includes instructions for making  two 9 inch x 9 inch wool purses with corded straps and appliques on the front.  These bags can be made from either wool or felt.  Pattern pieces for the applicque and the purse body are included.

Materials Needed:

• 1/3 yd wool fabric or felt (enough for 2 purses)
• 1/3 yd cotton fabric for lining (enough for 2 purses)
• 1 1/2 yd cording for each strap
• 3/4 inch button for closure
• 1/4 yd fringe for bottom of pink purse
• Four 1/2 inch buttons for bottom of blue purse
• Scraps of wool or felt for appliques
• Embroidery floss
