Woven Mosaic Purse Pattern

The Woven Mosaic Purse pattern by Dian Stanley has a pin woven insert in the front of the purse and is ideal for Jelly Rolls.  Finished size is 13 1/2" W x 9 1/2" H x 2" D, excluding handles.

Materials Needed:

• 1 yd of 44" wide fabric for main fabric and handles
• 3/4 yd of 44" wide fabric for lining and interior pockets
• One Bali Pop by Hoffman, OR one jelly roll OR 1 1/2 yds of 44" wide fabric cut into 1" wide fabric strips
• 1/3 yd of light to medium weight fusible interfacing
• 1 yd of cotton batting, such as Warm & Natural
• 1/2 yd of 15" wide one-sided fusible Stitch'NShape
• One 13" x 20" piece of foam core, available at hobby stores
• Straight pines
• One magnetic snap closure (optional)
